The NPC Mike Francois Classic was held in Columbus (Westerville), OH on May 12th. It was such a great experience and there were over 170 competitors. In the bikini division, they had two groupings- tall and short. Tall was over 5'4 and short was under 5'4. There were 29 women total in the bikini division. I was really impressed by how organized, streamlined, and efficient the competition was. Although I had a good feeling I was going to place top 5....after what had happened at my first competition two weeks earlier- I didn't get my hopes up! You just never know... but you can usually tell how you might place at pre-judging the morning of depending on how they (judges) line you up. I would have been really excited to place in the top 5, so when I won my division and overall.... I was sooo excited! What a feeling....after coming from a smaller competition in which I didn't place at all....and after ALL the hard work!
